On Thursday 21/11 from 6pm to 9pm at BAM Mons, the Kickoff meeting of Transimmersium was co-located with the Meetup - “Technology to enhance the visitor experience” of MuseumLab, Mons. The project was presented by Matei Mancas (UMONS/Numediart) and demos of the 3D data acquisition and eye-tracking in VR environments were demonstrated by Jacques Boonaert (IMT Lille-Douai) and Pierre-Henri De Deken (UMONS/Numediart). At the meeting were present the creators behind digital experiences that connect to culture, artists and companies such as Drag ON Slide, Hovertone, Magicowl Prod. or HommAR.
This Meetup is a collaboration with the Comptoir des Ressources Créatives Mons, Hovertone, rethink, MuseumLab of the Pôle muséal of the City of Mons, Technocité and was supported by the FEDER/Wallonia/EnMieux and City of Mons.
